What should I do if my order is delayed or lost?

We understand how important it is for you to receive your order on time. If your order is delayed, please first check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. Sometimes delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier issues. If the tracking information has not been updated for several days, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

In the rare event that your order is lost, we will work closely with the carrier to locate your package. If it cannot be found, we will either send you a replacement order at no additional cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will do everything we can to resolve any shipping issues promptly.
