Shipping System Simplified Guide for Listed.pt Sellers:
Our advanced shipping system is designed to make your selling experience seamless. Each seller on LISTED can customize their own shipping options. Here's how you can easily manage your shipping preferences in your Vendor Dashboard:
- Adding Shipping Options: If you're selling physical products, make sure to add shipping options. This ensures a smooth delivery experience for your buyers. If you don't add options for specific locations, buyers might see a "No delivery available" message at checkout.
- Creating Shipping Zones: To add shipping options, go to your Shipping Settings. Click on the "Add Shipping Zone" button.
- Zone Name: Assign a name to your shipping zone. For instance, International or Domestic.
- Regions: Choose the places where your shipping options will apply. You can select multiple regions.
- Shipping Methods: There are three options: Flat Rate, Local Pickup, and Free Shipping.
- Flat Rate:
- Set a fixed shipping fee for your products.
- Choose how you want to calculate shipping:
- Per product in the cart.
- Per different product in the cart.
- Fixed cost for the entire cart.
- Local Pickup:
- Offer a method for customers to pick up their orders.
- You can set a cost for this if needed.
- Free Shipping:
- Provide free shipping on orders above a minimum amount.
- Example: If the order total is above $100, offer free shipping.
- Shipping Classes:
- Define unique shipping costs for different products.
- Follow these steps:
- Add a shipping class.
- Edit the flat rate methods you created earlier to set specific costs for this class.
- Select the relevant shipping class when adding or editing a product.
- Estimated Delivery Times:
- You can also add estimated shipping times to your products.
- Choose from available options like "Ready to ship in 1 Business Day."
