By accessing and using our platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions, which govern your relationship with us as a user, whether you're a seller or a buyer. 1. Introduction
The Listed.pt Platform is based in Portugal and owned by Innovate360 LDA, a Portuguese Company.
2. User Registration
2.1 To become a seller on Listed.pt, you can join the platform for free. No charges will apply to the process of becoming a registered seller.
2.2 When registering as a seller, you agree to pay a commission of 5% on the sale price of each product sold through the platform. This commission covers the services and features provided by Listed.pt.
3. Promotions
3.1 Listed.pt offers a "Promote" function, allowing sellers to enhance the visibility of their products by paying a small fee.
4. Content and Listings
4.1 Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content they provide on Listed.pt. This includes product descriptions, images, prices, and any other relevant information.
4.2 Buyers are responsible for reviewing product listings and ensuring their accuracy before making a purchase.
5. Ownership and Privacy
5.1 The Listed.pt platform is owned and operated by Innovate360 LDA, a Portuguese company.
6. Information Collection and Use
6.1 Personal Information: We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and address when you register or use our App.
6.2 Transaction Data: We collect transaction details related to your purchases and sales made through the App, including payment information. Third-party payment processor such as Stripe and/or similar will be used to process payments.
6.3 Device Information: We may collect information about your device, including device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
7. Data Sharing
7.1 Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in delivering our services, such as payment processors and delivery partners.
7.2 Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information to comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests.
8. Data Storage and Security
8.1 Data Retention: We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in these Terms & Conditions or as required by law.

10. Payment Settlement and Seller Withdrawals
10.1 Payment Threshold: Sellers can request fund withdrawals once their earnings reach a certain payment threshold, as specified by Listed.pt.
10.2 Withdrawal Processing: While sellers can request withdrawals, the platform reserves the right to take 15-20 days to process and disburse funds after confirmation from the end customer.
10.3 Transaction Fee: Covered by the platform from the fee charged by the sellers.
11. Seller Panel
11.1 Seller Dashboard: Sellers will have access to their own seller panel within Listed.pt. This dashboard allows sellers to add products, manage orders, handle shipping, and perform other administrative tasks related to their store.
12. Seller Approval and Vetting
12.1 Seller Vetting: All sellers on Listed.pt will undergo a vetting process before approval. Illegal products are strictly prohibited on the platform.
12.2 Business Activity Document: Sellers must possess valid documentation that states their work activity permission or business activity in order to sign up as a seller on Listed.pt.
13. Your Rights
13.1 Access and Rectification: You have the right to access and update your personal information. You can do this through your App account settings or by contacting our support team.
13.2 Data Portability: You can request a copy of your personal data in a structured format.
13.3 Erasure: You can request the deletion of your account and associated data by submitting a formal request via email, subject to legal requirements.
14. Marketing Preferences
14.1 Opt-Out: You can opt out of receiving marketing communications by adjusting your preferences in the App settings or by unsubscribing from our emails.
15. Children's Privacy
15.1 The App is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
